At JCIA's Annual General Meeting held on 26th June 2023, 2022 annual report , 2022 annual financial statements, and 2023 business plan were approved.

At the Board meeting held after the AGM, Mr. Hakuo AOE (Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Zenkyoren) was appointed new Chairperson.　Mr. Masahiro YOKOYAMA (JCIA) and Mr. Satoshi TAKANO (JCIA) were reappointed Senior Managing Director and Managing Director.
