At JCIA's Annual General Meeting held on 21st June 2021, 2020 annual report , 2020 annual financial statements, and 2021 business plan were approved.

At the Board meeting held after the AGM, Mr. Masami HIROTA (President, Kokumin Kyosai coop) and Mr. Masahiro YOKOYAMA（JCIA）　were appointed new Chairperson and Senior Managing Director. Mr. Satoshi TAKANO (JCIA) was reappointed Managing Director.
