At JCIA's Annual General Meeting held on 24th June 2019, 2018 annual report , 2018 annual financial statements, and 2019 business plan were approved.

At the Board meeting held after the AGM, Mr. Kotaro ICHIMURA (Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Zenkyoren) was appointed new Chairperson. Takahiro SHIBUYA (JCIA) and Mr. Satoshi TAKANO (JCIA) were reappointed Senior Managing Director and Managing Director.
