JCIA holds Business Study Workshops in order to provide the executives and the employees of the member societies with useful information, so that they would have a better understanding of business circumstances.

The first business study workshop for fiscal 2016 was held as follows;

-Theme: 　Assumptions of Flood Damage in Tokyo and its Countermeasures
-Lecturer: Masato Sekine, Professor of Waseda University

Mr. Sekine explained rainwater drain systems and assumptions of flood damage in Tokyo, and possible countermeasures for the predictable flood damages.
