JCIA has established the Second-class Supporting Members in newly certified articles of association in order to assist member societies such as sharing information and participating training programs. Boeisyo Seikyo, Kanagawa Kenmin Kyosai, and Chusairen have newly become member of the Second-class Supporting Members from 19th April 2013.
